- <b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Peneliatian kualitatif ini menggambarkan analisis beban kerja pegawai di biro kepegawaian dan ortala Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum RI. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan kajian kepustakaan.Penelitian ini menemukan bahwapelaksanaan analisis beban kerja pegawai di unit instansi ini sudah baik, tetapi hasil dari penghitungan analisis beban kerja ini menjadi tidak efektif karena saat hasil analisis beban kerja belum tentu akan seluruhnya disetujui oleh Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara & Reformasi Birokrasi. Hal tersebut menyebabkan dalam pelaksanaannya analisis beban kerja tidak selalu akan dijadikan formasi pegawai. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> This qualitative study describesThe Implementation of Workload Analysis of employees in the Bureau Personnel and Ortala Secretariat GeneralMinistry of Public Works RI. Data have been collected from in-depth interviews and studying related documents.This study finds that the workload analysis of employees in Ministry of Public Works is well-implemented, yet the result is ineffective because it is not always approved by State Minister for the Empowerment of State Personnels and Bureaucracy Reform. Hence, the result of workload analysis of employees does not always result in personnel formation
