Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employer attractiveness terhadap retensi karyawan tetap Direktorat Sumber Daya Manusia PT Pertamina (Persero) di Kantor Pusat. Variabel penelitian ini adalah employer attractiveness dari Berthon, dan retensi dari Mathis dan Jackson. ,Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Sampelnya adalah 48 orang karyawan tetap PT Pertamina (Persero).di Kantor Pusat pada Direktorat Sumber Daya Manusia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa employer attractiveness memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan., Every Organizations must retain their best employees. This study aims to analyze the influence of employer attractiveness of retention permanent employees in Human Resources Directorate of PT Pertamina (Persero) in Headquarters. The variables are Employer Attractiveness from Berthon et al and Retention from Mathis and Jackson. The method of the research is quantitative by using questionnaire. The sample are 48 permanent e,mployees of PT Pertamina (Persero) In The Head Office In The Directorate of Human Resources. The result indicate that employer attractiveness has a significant influence on employee retention.]
