- <b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Putusnya perkawinan tentu akan mempunyai banyak akibat kepada para pihak. Salah satu akibatnya terhadap pihak perempuan adalah masa ‘iddah. Terhadap perkawinan yang dibatalkan di Pengadilan Agama Depok dan Wonosari dapat penulis teliti apakah masa ‘iddah akibat pembatalan perkawinan dapat diperhitungkan serta apakah Hakim Pengadilan Agama tersebut menerapkan ketentuan hukum mengenai masa ‘iddah dalam putusannya. Penulis akan menganalisis dengan mengacu kepada metode pendekatan yuridis normatif. Karena begitu penting ditetapkannya masa ‘iddah yang harus dijalankan oleh pihak perempuan setelah putus perkawinannya termasuk dari pembatalan perkawinan. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> The breakdown of marriage will certainly have a lot due to the parties.
