- <b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Telah dibuat suatu system pengendalian mesin pembuat mie berbasis mikrokontroller. Sistem ini dibuat untuk mempermudah system rancang bangun dari mesin pembuat mie dari proses penipisan adonan kemudian proses pembuatan mie dan dibentuk lipatan sesuai dengan keinginan kemudian dikeringkan. Sistem pengendalian ini dikontrol dengan menggunakan suatu system control microcontroller Atmega8535. Sehingga akan mempermudah dalam proses pemanfaatan mie tersebut. Pada system ini digunakan tiga buah jenis sensor. Sensor optocoupler digunakan untuk mendeteksi adonan mie yang jatuh pada papan lipat yang kemudian mie akan dilipat, dengan menggunakan sensor infra merah untuk mendeteksi banyaknya lipatan. Setelah selesai kemudian sensor limit switch berfungsi sebagai pembatas ruang kerja pisau pemotong mie. Dan menggunakan relay untuk mengaktifkan hairdryer sebagai pengering mie. Selain itu untuk memperjelas hasil proses microcontroller maka ditampilkan pula dalam tampilan LCD. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> Has made a noodle-making machine control system based microcontroller. This system is made to simplify the system design of noodle-making machine of the process of thinning the batter and then the process of making noodles and folds formed according to the desires and then dried. This control system is controlled by using a system control microcontroller ATmega 8535. So that will simplify the process of utilization of these noodles. In this system used three types of sensors. Optocoupler sensor used to detect the noodle dough that fell on the board and then fold the noodle will be foldable, using infrared sensors to detect the number of folds. Once completed then the sensor limit switch functions as a barrier workspace noodle cutter knife. And using a relay to activate the dryer hairdryer as noodles. Also to clarify the microcontroller then processes the results also shown in the LCD display
