- [<b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Tesis ini membahas efektifitas penerapan SMK3 perusahaan KKKS GOKPL dalam menekan kecelakaan kerja kegiatan eksplorasi MIGAS di indonesia. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyarankan implementasi SMK3 agar ditingkatkan karena terlihat efektif dalam menurunkan kecelakaan kerja, perusahaan agar melakukan audit secara rutin untuk memastikan bahwa SMK3 dijalankan oleh semua jenjang didalam organisasi dan dapat menjalankan perbaikan yang berkelanjutan, evaluasi SMK3 Kontraktor (CSMS) agar terus ditingkatkan,bisnis perusahaan banyak melibatkan kontraktor yang merupakan salah satu penentu terciptanya keselamatan dan kesehatan ditempat kerja, dan sangat mempengaruhi dalam menekan angka kecelakaan seperti yang telah dibahas dalam penelitian ini . <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> The focus of this study is to determine the GOKPL Company OHS-MS Implementation Level in reducing accident rate in Oil & Gas exploration activity. This is a qualitative study with descriptive design.
