- <b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Tesis ini membahas mengenai penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Perbankan Syariah khususnya Terhadap Bank Syariah Mandiri. Kebutuhan terhadap penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik (GCG), dimulai dengan jatuhnya perusahaanperusahaan di Indonesia yang disebabkan oleh tidak patuhnya manajemen perusahaan terhadap prinsip-prinsip GCG. Dengan melaksanakan konsep GCG, diharapkan tercipta citra lembaga yang dapat dipercaya. Oleh karena itu, penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik diperlukan agar perusahaan dapat menjalankan sesuai dengan tata kelola perusahaan yang disepakati oleh pemegang saham, komisaris dan direksi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode normatif. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> The focus of this study is the implementation of the Good Corporate Govemance in Syaria Banking (study of Bank Syariah Mandiri). The enforcement of Good Corporate Govemance needs it begin economy crisis, made many corporate drop and it caused the principle of Good Corporate Govemance has not well-implemented yet. Therefore, the enforcement of Good Corporate Govemance was expected make establish institution fit to Good Corporate Govemance as stake holder, commissary and director agreement. This research is a descriptive study using the normative method.
