Agar obat yang dihasilkan berkualitas, mempunyai efikasi yang baik, bermutu, aman dan konsisten maka dibutuhkan suatu pedoman bagi industri farmasi tentang Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Salah satu aspek yang diatur dalam CPOB adalah personalia. Apoteker merupakan salah satu sumber daya manusia yang diperlukan dalam proses penerapan CPOB di industri farmasi. Apoteker dituntut untuk mempunyai wawasan, pengetahuan yang luas dan pengalaman praktis yang memadai serta kemampuan dalam memimpin agar dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada di industri farmasi. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilakukan pada 17 Juni &#x2013; 17 Agustus 2013 Di PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk. Kawasan Industri Delta Silicon JL M.H. Thamrin Blok A3-1, Lippo Cikarang, Bekasi Dalam rangka pembinaan terhadap generasi baru di bidang industri farmasi. , Pharmacy industry is one of the facilities that have important role at making and supplying up to standard drug. In order to make drugs that have a good quality, efficacy, up to standard, save, and consistent so guidance for the pharmacy industry about Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is needed. One aspect that controlled in GMP is personnel. Pharmacists are one of the human resource needed for applying GMP at the pharmacy industry. Pharmacists are required to have insight, extensive knowledge and good practical experience and ability to lead in order to overcome the problems of the pharmaceutical industry. Pharmacist Internship Program (PIP) conducted on June 17th - August 17th 2013 at PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. Delta Silicon Industrial Estate Jl.
