Pharmaceutical Industry is an entity that has a permit from the Minister Health to the manufacture of drugs or drug ingredients. In order for the resulting drug quality, have good efficacy, quality, and safe and consistent we need a guide for the pharmaceutical industry on the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Pharmacists are required to have insight, extensive knowledge and good practical experience and ability to lead in order to overcome the problems of the pharmaceutical industry. Pharmacists Internship Program (PIP) conducted on September 2 &#x2013; November 1, 2013 at PT. AstraZeneca Indonesia Jababeka Phase III Technopark Jl. Tekno Raya Blok B1a-B1b Cikarang, Bekasi to develop the new generations in the pharmaceutical industry., Kesehatan adalah keadaan sehat, baik secara fisik, mental, spritual maupun sosial yang memungkinkan setiap orang untuk hidup produktif secara sosial dan ekonomis. Industri Farmasi adalah badan usaha yang memiliki izin dari Menteri Kesehatan untuk melakukan kegiatan pembuatan obat atau bahan obat. Agar obat yang dihasilkan berkualitas, mempunyai efikasi yang baik, bermutu, dan aman serta konsisten maka dibutuhkan suatu pedoman bagi industri farmasi tentang Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Apoteker dituntut untuk mempunyai wawasan, pengetahuan yang luas dan pengalaman praktis yang memadai serta kemampuan dalam memimpin agar dapat mengatasi permasalahanpermasalahan yang ada di industri farmasi.
