Hasil yang ditemukan REBT dan CT efektif dalam menurunkan gejala harga diri rendah kronis yang ditunjukkan melalui respon kognitif, afektif, fisiologis, perilaku dan sosial. REBT dan CT direkomendasikan sebagai terapi spesialis keperawatan pada klien harga diri rendah kronis., This study aims to describe the case management specialist in mental nursing to the patients with chronic low self-esteem using Roy adaptation model approach at Yudistira Room Dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Hospital in Bogor. Rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT) and cognitive therapy (CT) provided to 25 clients. The results of REBT and CT were found effective in reducing symtoms of chronic low self-esteem is demonstreted through the response of cognitive, affective, physiological, behavioral and social.
