Praktik klinik residensi di Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais bertujuan untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien kanker menggunakan Teori Peaceful End of Life menerapkan praktik keperawatan berdasarkan pembuktian dan melakukan inovasi keperawatan Masalah keperawatan terbanyak pada perawatan end of life adalah nyeri nutrisi intoleransi aktifitas gangguan citra tubuh kecemasan dan spiritual distress Inovasi keperawatan yang dilakukan adalah evaluasi dan uji coba pengembangan Format pengkajian keperawatan untuk mencapai asuhan keperawatan pasien kanker yang lebih holistik dan mampu laksana Pengkajian risiko dengan Skala Braden untuk mengidentifikasi risiko luka tekan dilakukan sebagai praktik keperawatan berbasis bukti pada pasien kanker Kata kunci dysgerminoma peaceful end of life theory skala braden luka tekan asuhan keperawatan ;<hr>
