- [Salam aktif yang dimodifikasi merupakan bentuk intervensi keperawatan komunitas untuk menurunkan hipertensi lansia yang dapat dilanjutkan keluarga dan masyarakat melalui kepung tensi. Penulisan bertujuan memberikan gambaran pelaksanaan salam aktif dalam pelayanan dan asuhan keperawatan komunitas melalui integrasi CAP, FCN, konsekuensi fungsional, dan manajemen pada lansia dengan hipertensi di Kelurahan Cisalak Pasar.
