- <b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Pelayanan rehabilitasi sosial bagi penyandang disabilitas yang diselenggarakan oleh panti mempunyai kelebihan dan kekurangan. Salah satu kekurangan adalah kecil daya tampung panti dengan jumlah penyandang disabilitas yang ada. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa input pelayanan rehabilitasi sosial berupa klien, sumber daya manusia, sarana prasarana, budaya, teori/metode dan umpan balik relatif sudah terpenuhi. Konversi operasi didukung komponen struktural dan proses fungsional terlaksana namun belum optimal. Output pelayanan rehabilitasi sosial, beberapa klien sudah mandiri baik bekerja secara mandiri maupun bekerja di perusahaan. Faktor pendukung berupa kelembagaan, personil, sarana dan prasarana, pembiayaan. Sedangkan faktor penghambat berasal dari klien dan sistem sosial <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> Social rehabilitation services for disability-based organized home has advantages and disadvantages.
