- <b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Tesis ini membahas tentang Hubungan antara Kinerja Tim Auditor dengan Kepuasa Satuan Kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Kesehatan Tahun 2013. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui kinerja tim auditor Inspektorat Jenderal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Variabel independen dari penelitian ini adalah kinerja dan jabatan sedangkan variable dependen adalah kepuasan. Kepuasan satuan kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis secara keseluruhan lebih banyak responden yang merasa puas dibandingkan yang merasa tidak puas sebanyak. Kinerja tim auditor di Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Kesehatan baik sebanyak , sedangkan yang tidak baik sebanyak . Berdasarkan hasil analisis antara kinerja dan kepuasan diperoleh nilai p 0.001 maka ada hubungan antara kinerja, jabatan dan kepuasan satuan kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis, sedangkan hasil analisis dari jabatan dan kinerja diperoleh nilai p 0.001 maka ada hubungan antara jabatan dan kepuasan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa multivariate kinerja dan jabatan berhubungan dengan kepuasan satuan kerja, dimana kinerja adalah variable yang dominan. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> This thesis discusses the relationship between Team Performance Auditor with gratification of the Technical Unit Unit Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Health in 2013. The purpose of this study would like to investigate the performance of the Inspector General audit team. This study uses cross sectional approach. The independent variable of this study is the performance and position, while the dependent variable was satisfaction. Satisfaction of the Technical Unit unit a whole lot more satisfied than respondents who were not satisfied as much. Performance audit team at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Health as good, while good is not as much. Based on the analysis of performance and satisfaction gained 0.001 p value then there is a relationship between performance, job satisfaction and work unit Technical Unit, while the analysis of the position and performance of the obtained p value 0.001 then there is a relationship between the position and satisfaction. Based on the results of multivariate analysis of performance and job satisfaction associated with work unit, where performance is the dominant variable.
