- [Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh penerapan Corporate Governance terhadap harga saham. Penerapan Corporate Governance diukur dengan menggunakan efektivitas dewan komisaris dan komite audit serta pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility. Pengukuran harga saham menggunakan harga rata-rata saham tahunan. Sampel yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2010 dan 2011.
