- [Sengketa pajak antara Wajib Pajak dengan Direktorat Jenderal Pajak diselesaikan di Pengadilan Pajak. Tetapi, Pengadilan Pajak di Indonesia masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan, salah satunya adalah terlambatnya penerbitan putusan Pengadilan Pajak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengenai faktor penyebab dan akibat dari terlambatnya penerbitan putusan Pengadilan Pajak serta mengetahui langkah-langkah yang telah dilakukan oleh Pengadilan Pajak untuk menanggulangi keterlambatan penerbitan putusan Pengadilan Pajak. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat faktor internal dan eksternal yang menyebabkan keterlambatan penerbitan putusan Pengadilan Pajak., Tax disputes between Taxpayers and the tax Directorate was completed in the tax court. However, the tax court in Indonesia still has some drawbacks, one of which is the the delay in the issuance of the Tax Court’s decision. This research aims to analyze the cause and effect of the delay in the issuance of the Tax Court’s decision and know the steps that have been made by the tax court to cope with delays in the issuance of the Tax Court’s decision. The approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method.
