- [Skripsi ini membahas tentang analisis penyebab traffic accident yang terjadi sepanjang tahun 2012 di PT Pamapersada Nusantara Jobsite Kideco, Batu Kajang, Kalimantan Timur dengan menggunakan metode telaah data sekunder dan diklasifikasikan ke dalam Human Factor Analysis and Classification System for Mining Industry (HFACS-MI) untuk melihat faktor penyebab berkaitan dengan unsafe act, precondition of unsafe act, dan unsafe leadership. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar traffic accident terjadi karena unsafe act dan terdapat manifestasi juga dari precondition of unsafe act dan unsafe leadership. Faktor yang berpengaruh paling besar dalam traffic accident adalah skill-based error. Skill-based error ini sendiri merupakan manifestasi dari overconfidence para operator., The focus of this study is to analyze traffic accident happened in 2012 in PT Pamapersada Nusantara Jobsite Kideco, Batu Kajang, Kalimantan Timur using secondary data analysis method and classify it into Human Factor Analysis and Classification System for Mining Industry (HFACS-MI) to overview causal factor linked to unsafe act, precondition of unsafe act, and unsafe leadership. The result of this study shows that most of traffic accident caused by unsafe act and there is manifestation from precondition of unsafe act and unsafe leadership. The most influential factor that causes traffic accident is skill-based error. This skill-based error itself is a manifestation from overconfidence of the operators.]
