Cakupan ASI belum memenuhi target. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku pemberian ASI eksklusif di Puskesmas Wundulako dengan desain cross sectional.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku pemberian ASI eksklusif masih rendah (30,8%). Ada hubungan antara pendidikan, pekerjaan, sikap, penolong persalinan, tempat persalinan, promosi susu formula, dukungan petugas, dukungan keluarga dengan perilaku pemberian ASI eksklusif.Sikapmerupakan faktor yang paling berhubungandengan perilaku pemberian ASI eksklusif (OR= 8,78). Diharapkan penerapan 10Langkah Menuju Keberhasilan Menyusui., Exclusive breastfeeding is giving only breast milk without any liquids or solids except for vitamins, minerals or medicines until the age of 6 months. Exclusive breastfeedinghas not metthe targetcoverage. This cross-sectionalstudy is to determine factors associated with exclusive breastfeeding practice atWundulako the health center.
