- [<b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan prototipe sistem informasi pengusulan proposal Risbin lptekdok berbasis layanan web dengan mengidentifikasi terlebih dahulu sistem berjalan. Tahapan pengembangan sistem yang dilakukan berdasarkan metode incremental adalah analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengkodean serta ujicoba sistem. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi ini melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan telaah dokumen, serta dilakukan studi kelayakan untuk mendukung tahap perencanaan. Hasil analisis didapatkan adanya peluang pengembangan sistem informasi untuk rnembantu pelaksanaan kegiatan Risbin Iptekdok. Ditemukan juga adanya permasalahan pada proses pengusulan proposal. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut disusunlah basis data, rancangan antar muka dan petunjuk pelaksanaan sistem informasi Risbin Iptekdok. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> This thesis aims to develop a prototype for web based services medical science research proposal submission information system by identifying the current system first. Phase of system development is done based on incremental methods of requirements analysis, design, coding and testing the system. Data collection was performed within this information system development through in-depth interviews, observation and document review, and conducted feasibility studies to support the planning phase. Analysis found that there are opportunities for development of information systems implementation to assist activities on medical science research. Also discovered that there are problems in the process of proposal submission.
