Penelitian ini adalah cross sectional pada 5 orang dokter ummn dan 85 orang pasien rawat inap interna. Uji statistik yang di gunakan adalah chi square. dari hasil bivariate di ketahui ada hubungan yang bennakna antara , pendidikan, jenis kelamin dan lama kerja dan diketahui tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara jenis pelatihan yang diikuti, umur dengan kinerja dokter umum. Hasil penelitian menyarankan pihak manajemen untuk meningkatkan kinerja dokter dengan mengikut sertakan pada pe1atihan-pelatihan yang akan meningkatkan kompetensi dokter umum.

Vision This study aims to analyze the performance of general practitioners on the basis of competence in caring for intema patients in public hospitals Batam city area in 2010. The study was a cross sectional study in 5 people a general practitioner and 85 people interna inpatients. Statistical test used was chi square. from the bivariate results in the know there is a significant education, relationship between, gender and length of work and note there is no significant correlation between type of training that followed, the age of physicians performing general research. The result recommended the management to improve performance by involving physicians in trainings that will improve the general practitioner competence.</description><identifier>https://lib.ui.ac.id/detail?id=20341662</identifier><recordID>20341662</recordID></dc>
