Riset operasi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui rencana aksi strategi di unit rawat inap RSUD Kabupatcn Bekasi tahun 2010. Rencana aksi strategi ini mempakan
penjabaran dari Renstra ( Rencana Strategi ) Rumah Sakil Urmum Daerah tahun 2007- 2012 yang telah ada saat ini.
Penelitian yang digunakan dengan desain operations research dengan orientasi ke depan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penama, penyusunan rcncan strategi unit berdasarkan kebutuhan yang ada di dalam unit rawat inap dengan
berpedoman pada rencana strategis yang ada di Rumah Sakit dimana akan
dijadikan bahan pertimbangan manajemen untuk menjadikan unit kerja di masing-masing lini dalam hal ini unit rawat inap. Kedua, rencana implementasi atau rencana aksi yang telah dibuat ini merupakan alat bantu monitor terhadap kinerja pada unit rawat inap RSUD Kabupaten Bckasi tahun 2010-2012 yang
seyogyananya dapat konsisten dilaksanakan untulc mendukung rencana strategi Rumah Sakit. Ketiga, hasil dan pela.ksa.naan rencana aksi dapat dilakukan evaluasi melalui monitoring sistem akuntabilitas terhadap performa unit rawat inap.

<b>ABSTRACT</b><br>
Operations research was aimed to identify the strategy action plan on the inpatient unit of Bekasi District General Hospital in 2010. This strategy action plan is a translation ofthe Strategic Plan (Strategic Plan) District General Hospital in 2007-2012 that have been there today. The study design used by operations research
with future orientation shows the results.
Therefore we can conclude that first, the preparation of the plan strategy based on the needs of existing units within the inpatient unit based on the existing strategic
plan at the hospital where the materials will be considered by management to advance the work units in each line in this ease the inpatient unit . Second, implementation plan or action plan which has made this a tool monitors the performance of hospitals on inpatient units Bekasi seyogyananya year 20l0-2012
which can be consistently implemented to support the strategic plans of the Hospital.
