- [<b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Tesis ini mengkaji tentang indikator-indikator yang ideal (I-Deal) dan yang realistik (I-Real), untuk menilai kinerja Jakarta dalam hal Pembangunan Kota Berkelanjutan, khususnya pada periode 2004~2008. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitarif dengan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif Hasil kajian ini menghasilkan 75 I-Deal dan 50 l-Real. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa indikator-indikator yang ideal, tidak sepenuhnya realistik. Selanjutnya, hasil pengukuran I-Real menunjukan bahwa dimensi sosial adalah satu-satunya dimensi yang menurun. Sementara dimensi institusional, lingkungan, ekonomi, dan teknologi,membaik. ini menunjukan kinerja Jakarta dalam Pembangunan Kota Berkelanjutan, pada periode 2004-2008, mengalami peningkatan. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> The focus of this thesis is about the development of Ideal Indicators (I-Deal) and Realistic Indicators (I-Real), to value Jakarta performance on Sustainable Urban Development, in 2004-2008. This research is quantitative statistic descriptive. This research constructed 75 I-Deal and got 50 I-Real. It is reflect that Ideal indicators arennot fully realistic. The measurement of I-Real show that social dimension is the only one dimension which has a degradation. However, institutional, environment, economy and technology dimensions, have improvement.
