Peran swasta sebagai salah satu stakeholder pembangunan sering dipertanyakan
banyak orang. Padahal tanggungjawab sosial perusahaan merupakan suatu
kewajiban dasar yang harus dipenuhi oleh perusahaan dalam menjaga relasi
antara perusahaan dengan pemangku kepentingan. Disamping menjaga relasi,
tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan juga berperan dalam menjaga keberlanjutan
aktivitas perusahaan, sejalan dengan konsep pembangunan yang berkelanjutan
dimana saat ini menjadi tujuan setiap perusahaan yang menjalankan kegiatan
CSR. Salah satu peran yang sering dilakukan perusahaan misalnya dengan
pemberdayaan masyarakat dimana harapannya adalah masyarakat dapat lebih
mandiri secara ekonomi, kreatif, dan mempunyai rasa percaya diri sehingga
tingkat kemiskinan diharapkan dapat berkurang. Melalui BMT Swadaya Pribumi,
PT. Holcim melaksanakan kegiaian CSR bidang pemberdayaan masyalakat di
kecamatan Klapanunggal-Kabupaten Bogor. Namun dugaan awal penelitian
teryata masih terdapat kendala dalam hal pemberdayaan tersebut sehingga
hasilnya tidak efcktif.
Tesis ini mengkaji faktor-faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam pemberdayaan
masyarakat melalui BMT Swadaya Pribmni. Alat Analisis yang digunakan yaitu
AHIP dengan menggunakan lima responden ahli. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian
kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian memmjukkan hahwa kondisi
masyarakat menjadi faktor utama dan dipengaruhi oleh pelibatan masyarakat
dengan bobot tertinggi. Dalam kriteria kelembagaan BMT (Holcim), kendala
tertinggi adalah dukungan dana Serta yang ketiga adahah faktor fasilitasi
pemerintah dengan dukungan pemmodalan menjadi masalah utama.

fulfilled by companies in maintaining the relationship between the company and
its stakeholders. In addition to maintaining relationships, corporate social
responsibility also plays a role in maintaining the sustainability of the company's
activities, in line with the concept of sustainable development which is now a
goal by every company that runs the CSR activities. One role that is often done
by companies such as community empowerment is a community where hope can
be more economically independent, creative, and have confidence that the

of PT. Holcim?s CSR in the field of community development sub-district
Klapanunggal-District Bogor. But the initial allegations of research there is still
constraints in terms of empowerment so that the result is not effective.
