  • [<b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh pendidikan laktasi di tempat kerja terhadap self efficacy pemberian ASI Eksklusif pekerja wanita usia subur (15-49 tahun). Desain penelitian adalah kuasi eksperimen. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner sebelum intervensi, satu minggu dan tiga bulan sesudah intervensi. Variabel yang diselidiki adalah pendidikan laktasi, self efficacy memberikan ASI Eksklusif, pengalaman menyusui, persepsi menyusui, keterpaparan terhadap informasi menyusui, pengetahuan menyusui dan usia. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa self efficacy menyusui sebelum intervensi meningkat satu minggu sesudah pendidikan laktasi disarankan agar perusahaan mengembangkan program laktasi berbasis tempat kerja yang berkesinambungan untuk meningkatkan self efficacy menyusui Eksklusif. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> This thesis aims to investigate the effect of lactation education at workplace on breastfeeding self efficacy among working women (15-49 years old). Research design is quasi-experiment. Primary data were collected prior, one week, and three months after intervention using questionnaires. Variables investigated included lactation education, breastfeeding self efficacy, experience, perception, exposure to information, knowledge and age. Self efficacy score before intervention increased one week after lactation education (Mean=89.3277; p value=0.02l) in the intervention group.
