- <b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Saat ini dunia berada dalam dua masalah besar yang saling terkait, yaitu masalah penggunaan napza dan penyebaran virus HN/AIDS di kalangan pengguna NAPZA suntik. Program Terapi Rumatan Metadon (PTRM) merupakan salah satu bentuk pendekatan untuk mengurangi dampak buruk NAPZA mempunyai tujuan untuk mencegah meningkatnya penularan HN I AIDS dan mengbentikan total penggunaan NAPZA. Namun P1RM bukanlah I 000/o jalan keluar, karena masih bisa ditemukannya peserta P1RM yang masih positif menggunakan NAPZA suntik. Pada peserta PTRM RSKO Jakarta tahun 2003-2007, variabel yang mempengaruhi peserta menggunakan kembali heroin adalah wilayah tempat tinggal peserta [J>9>,0202; HR:I,604; 95%CI:l,094-2,352], kepatuhan peserta dalam mengikuti terapi [J>9>,0006; HR: 1,784; 95%CI: 1,281-2,485], konseling pra tes HN yang peserta ikuti [!>9l,OOI; HR: 0,349; 95%CI: 0,192-0,635] dan konseling pra dan pasca tes HN yang peserta iknti [J>9>,025; HR: 0,581; 95%CI: 0,362-0,933]. Perlunya motivasi dan konseling kepada peserta PTRM agar tujuan tercapai. <hr> <b>Abstract</b><br> Right now, there are two big problems that have relationship each other in the world; they are drogs eliciting and HIV/AIDS among the injecting drug uses (IDU) problems. Mefuadone Maintenance Therapy is one of The Harm Reduction programs that has aim to prevent HIV/AIDS spreading and drug user ehatinence. Unfortunately, there always find some MMf clients that still use heroin or relapse. This study finds fuat there are some factors that influence MMf clients to be relapse in Drug Dependency Hospital, they are: client's living area factor !J>=0,0202; HR:l,604; 95%Cl:l,094-2,352], client's adherence factor [J>=0,0006; Hil: 1,784; 95%CI: 1,281- 2.485), HIV counseling before client's has HIV test [J>=O,OO!; HR: 0,349; 95%CI: 0,192-0,635) and HIV conscling before and after client's has HIV test [J>=0,025; Hil: 0,581; 95%CI: 0,362-0,933). It's suggested that there are needed more motivation and counseling for the MMf clients in Drug Dependency Hospital.
