  • <b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Rumah sakit merupakan usaha yang padat modal, padat karya dan padat teknologi. Oleh sebab itu dalam pelaksanaannya sebagai pusat layanan kesehaum, rumah sakit harus memiliki rencana strategis yang tepat agar RS dapat bcradaptasi dan terus berkembang sesuai dengan perubahan lingkungan, perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan formulasi Rencana Strategis EKA Hospital BSD yang tepat dan dapat dilaksanakan.pene1itian ini adalah penelitian operasional dengan menganalisis data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Dari penelitian yang dllakukan didapatkan unsur peluang EKA Hospital ada!ah kebijakan pemerintah, sosial ekonoml, pendidikan, demografi, grografi dan !l!knologi. Scdangkan unsur ancaman adalah pesaing. Unsur kekuatan EKA Hospital adalah visi dan misi, struktur organisasi, SDM, keuangan, Sistem lnfommsi Manajemen dan pemasaran. Unsur kelemahannya adalah layanan unggulan. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini, posisl EKA Hospital berada pada future quadrant ( Matriks TOWS ) dan strategy sel pada matriks IE. Dari tahap pencocokkan didapatkan strategi yang direkomendasikan adalah penetrasi pasar. pengembangan pasar, pengembangan produk, integrasi vertikaL Pada penemunn prioritas kegiatan berdasarkan anallsis QSPM diperoleh : I.Pennmbahan layanan Poliklinik Spesialis Anak, Kebidanan, Penyakit Dalam pada hari Minggu, 2.Pengembangan Produk Layanan Unggulan "Maiemicy and Children" . 3.Pengembangan Produk Layanan Unggulan Saraf dan Bedah Saraf. 4.Membuka klinik satelit sebagai jejariog yang on line dengan EKA Hospital. 5.Perubahan layanan Health Screening pada hari Minggu. 6.Perawatan Home Care terpadu. <hr> <b>Abstract</b><br> Hospital is a business with capital intensive, labor intensive and technology-intensive.
