- [<b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Tesis ini bertujuan untuk: me1akukan valuasi perusahaan atas rencana akuisisi yang akan dilakukan oleb PP kepada PT KP. Rencana akuisisi PT KP dllakukan atas dasar instruksi pemerintah untuk menyelamatkan PT KP dari kebangkrutan. Tesis ini akan menguraikan dan menghitung tentang besaran nilai kuantitatif yang digunakan untuk memperoleh nilai akuisisi dan beberapa aspek strategis yang diharapkan dapat dipertimbangkan oleh PP untuk melaksanak:an rencana akuisisi tersebut. Metode valuasi yang digunakan adalah DCF dan ABV. Kedua metode memberikan hasil yang berbeda karena penggunaan asumsi yang mendasari perhitungan. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> This thesis aims to do a valuation on the company due to acquisition plan conducted by PP against PT KP. The acquisition plan on PT KP is conducted on the basis of the Government instructions to save PT KP of the bankruptcy process. This thesis will describe and calculate about the amour of quantitative values that is used to obtain the value of acquisition and any other strategic aspects that would be expected to be considered by PP in order to execute the acquisition plan.
