Tesis ini memperlihatkan kompleksitas permasalahan yang terjadi pada remaja
perempuan yang mengalami KTD, mulai dari Iatar belakang KTD, pc-mmasalahan yang
muncul karena KTD, hingga kebijakan atas KTD yang menambah permasalahan
mereka. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif menggunakan teknik
wawancara dan memakai tcknik snowball pada pencarian pcrempuan di Jabodetabek
yang pemah mcngalami KTD di masa remajanya, yakni dalam rentang usia 10-24
tahun.

Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa KTD yang dialami oleh para pcrcmpuan
di usia remajanya adalah sebagai akibat dari kurangnya pengetahuan seks yang benar
serta minimnya peran agen sosialisasi primer dalam mengawal seksualitas mereka
hingga mcmbuat mereka teljebak dalam relasi yang timpang dan herpeluang pada
tcnjadinya kekerasan dalam pacaran. KTD yang mereka alami pun membawa masalah
baru dalam bentuk opresi dan alienasi atas diri dan kehidupan remaja perempuan yang
mengalami konflik peran dan slams sebagai remaja sekaligas ibn. Lebih dari itu,
tindakan-tindakan yang dilakukan selama ini kepada para remaja dengan KTD justru
tidak membantu ataupun menyembuhkan remaja dari situasinya, melainkan
memberikan masalah bam yang makin menghambat kehidupan mereka di masa depan.

<b>ABSTRACT</b><br>
The objective of this research is to show the complexity happened to teenage
girls with unwanted pregnancy, from the pregnancy/?s background to the policies applied
towards thc pregnancy. This research has been done with qualitative approach using
snowball technique towards women who had been pregnant in her teenage time, which
ranges to 10-24 years old.
Results found in this research show that lack of parent and school?s role in
assisting teenagers sexuality have made them trapped in a power-inadequate
relationship and easily fall victims in dating violence. Unwanted pregnancy raise new
problems to teenage girls' life in a form of oppression and alienation from their life and
their body since they have to CDPB with the new role and status: a teenage mother. More
over, policies implemented to the pregnant girls does not solve those problem, instead,
adding more problems that blocked their future.
