- Tesis ini membahas struktur organisasi Direktorat Intelijen Keimigrasian yang berlaku saat ini berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan HAM RI Nomor M.03-PR.07.10 tahun 2005. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian campuran dengan desain deskriptif dan sequential tranformative strategy. Hasil penelitian kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa Direktorat Intelijen Keimigrasian memiliki kecenderungan bentuk organisasi Birokratik dengan karakteristik kompleksitas tinggi, formalisasi tinggi dan sentralisasi rendah atau desentralisasi tinggi. Penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa dimensi kompleksitas yang mengalami peningkatan pada organisasi harus dibarengi dengan peningkatan pada dimensi formalisasi. <hr> This thesis is discussed the structure of Immigration Intelligent Directorate according to The Ministerial Regulation of Law and Human right No. M.03-PR.07.10 in 2005. To get the result, writer used mixed methods with descriptive that Immigration Intelligent Directorate intends to have hight complexity, high formalization, and low centralization or high decentralization. Meanwhile qualitative research showed that problem appeared in complexity and formalization. This research advised taht the improvement of complexity should be followed bt the improvement of formalization aspect.
