- [Latar belakang : Prakiraan usia penting untuk identifikasi individu dalam kasus seperti human trafficking atau perebutanwali anak pada rentang 16-21 tahun. Tujuan : Menguji rumus metode TCI-Benindra dibandingkan dengan metode lainnya. Metode penelitian : Prakiraan usia 16-21 tahun dilakukan dengan rumus Tooth Coronal Index (TCI)-Benindra kemudian dibandingkan dengan metode Kvaal dan Schour dan Massler. Hasil : Prakiraan usia dengan rumus metode TCI-Benindra berbeda bermakna dengan metode Kvaal (p<0,05)dan tidak berbeda bermakna dengan metode Schour dan Massler (p>0,05). Kesimpulan : Tidak terdapat perbedaan prakiraan usia dengan rumus metode TCI-Benindra dan Schour dan Massler, tetapi terdapat perbedaan pada metode Kvaal., Background : Age estimation is important foridentification in human trafficking or struggle for the rights of heirsjusticecases in 16 – 21 years.
