- <b><ABSTRAK</b><br> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan struktur ekonomi yang terjadi di Provinsi Banten tahun 2000-2009. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis input-ouput dan visualisasi economic landscape dengan menggunakan data input-ouput di Provinsi Banten tahun 2000 dan 2009. Beberapa temuan yang dihasilkan diantaranya adalah terjadinya perubahan struktur ekonomi di Provinsi Banten ditandai oleh keluarnya sektor primer dari kategori sektor kunci, peningkatan peranan sektor tersier dalam perekonomian Banten dan terjadinya pergeseran pada sejumlah industri unggulan. Selain itu, komponen upah yang relatif kecil pada sektor industri berimplikasi pada urgensi peningkatan mutu sumberdaya manusia yang pada akhirnya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> This research aims to study the structural changes of economic in the Province of Banten over 2000-2009 using input-output analysis and presentation of economic landscape. The result showed that structural changes marked by the prime sector which is comes out from key sector category in 2009, and the tertiary sectors play a higher role in Banten economic. Also, this research finds shifting that happened in some industrial sectors such as basic metal industries, chemical, rubber and plastics industries. Furthermore, small proportion of wages in industrial sectors led to implication for educational policy such as upgrade the quality of human resources, and the social welfare at the end.
