Penelitian ini mengacu pada teori dari Malayu S.P. Hasibuan (2005), William B. Werther &amp; Keith Davis (1996), Alex S. Nitisemito (1996), dan Wayne F. Cascio (1993). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan kuesioner dalam pengumpulan data. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 53 responden dari populasi yang ada. Setelah pengumpulan data, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan perhitungan SPSS versi 17 dan hasil analisis didistribusikan ke dalam tabel. Hasil pada penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa pelaksanaan promosi jabatan berdasarkan persepsi pegawai tetap (Spesialis) di kantor pusat PT Antam (Persero) Tbk sudah dijalankan dengan baik.; &lt;hr&gt; &lt;b&gt;ABSTRACT&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt; This study aims to describe an implementation of job promotion based on the perception of permanent employees (Specialist) in Head Office PT Antam (Persero) Tbk.
