Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan promosi jabatan berdasarkan
persepsi pegawai tetap (Spesialis) di kantor pusat PT Antam (Persero) Tbk. Penelitian
ini mengacu pada teori dari Malayu S.P. Hasibuan (2005), William B. Werther & Keith
Davis (1996), Alex S. Nitisemito (1996), dan Wayne F. Cascio (1993). Penelitian ini
menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan kuesioner dalam pengumpulan
data. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 53 responden dari populasi yang ada. Setelah
pengumpulan data, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan perhitungan SPSS versi
17 dan hasil analisis didistribusikan ke dalam tabel. Hasil pada penelitian ini didapatkan
bahwa pelaksanaan promosi jabatan berdasarkan persepsi pegawai tetap (Spesialis) di
kantor pusat PT Antam (Persero) Tbk sudah dijalankan dengan baik.;

This study aims to describe an implementation of job promotion based on the perception
of permanent employees (Specialist) in Head Office PT Antam (Persero) Tbk. This
study refers to the theory of Malayu S.P. Hasibuan (2005), William B. Werther & Keith
Davis (1996), Alex S. Nitisemito (1996), dan Wayne F. Cascio (1993). This study uses
a quantitative approach and questionnaires in data collection. Samples in this study
amounted 53 respondents from available population. Data collected is analyzed using
SPSS version 17 and analytical results are distributed to the table. The result obtained in
this study showed that the implementation of promotion based on the perception of
