  • <b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasional pada PT. Bank XYZ Cabang Tangerang. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional diukur berdasarkan teori Bass & Avolio (2004) dan komitmen organisasional diukur menggunakan teori Meyer & Allen (1997). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang menggunakan teknik total sampling yaitu sebanyak 35 responden pegawai PT. Bank XYZ Cabang Tangerang. Analisis kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional pada PT. Bank XYZ Branch Tangerang. <hr> <b>Abstract</b><br> This study aimed to examine the influence of transformational leadership towards organizational commitment at PT. Bank XYZ, Tbk Branch Tangerang. Transformational leadership style is measured based on the theory of Bass & Avolio (2004) and organizational commitment is measured based on the theory of Meyer Allen (1997). This study used quantitative approach with survey method that used total sampling technique which held to 35 respondents employee of PT. Bank XYZ Branch Tangerang. The data were analyzed by using simple regression method. The result of this study showed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant impact to organizational commitment at PT. Bank XYZ, Tbk Branch Tangerang.
