- Tesis ini membahas usulan perancangan sistem kinerja berbasis Balanced Scorecard pada PT. Pupuk Kaltim untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya dengan menyeimbangkan perspektif keuangan dan non keuangan. Kinerja non keuangan merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan kinerja keuangan perusahaan agar dapat terjaga secara berkesinambungan. Dengan berbasis balanced scorecard diharapkan dapat lebih menyelaraskan misi-visi atau strategi jangka panjang dengan strategi dan aktifitas jangka pendek. Untuk itu perusahaan perlu memformulasikan kembali strategi perusahaan dalam empat perspektif balanced scorecard untuk mencapai kinerja yang lebih optimal. <hr><i>This thesis discusses the proposed design of the performance system based on the Balanced Scorecard PT. Pupuk Kaltim to improve performance by balancing financial and non financial perspective. Non-financial performance is a factor affecting the success of the company's financial performance to be maintained on an ongoing basis. With the Balanced Scorecard, it is expected that the mission vision or long-term strategy of the company will be more aligned with short-term strategies and activities. The company needs to reformulate strategy in the four Balanced Scorecard perspectives to achieve a more optimal performance.</i>
