Sepeda kuning yang terdapat di Universitas Indonesia merupakan salah satu
sarana yang mendukung mahasiswa dalam menjalankan aktivitas dimana speda
kuning tersebut didistribusikan ke setiap selter pada pagi hari dan dikumpulkan
kembali ke titik pengumpul pada sore hari. Metode penyelesaian permasalahan
yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP).
Beberapa skenario dibuat untuk mendapatkan perbandingan rute distribusi dengan
kondisi eksisting. Berbagai skenario tersebut dibuat berdasarkan pada jumlah titik
pengumpul dan lokasi dari titik pengumpul. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah
diperolehnya pola distribusi yang paling optimal yaitu pada skenario empat
dengan pusat distribusi terletak di selter PAU Rektorat dan selter Teknik.

<b>ABTRACT</b><br>
Bicycle in Universitas Indonesia is one of the facilities supporting students in
carrying out activities which are distributed to each shelter in the morning and
returned to the collecting point in the afternoon. Problem solving methods used in
this study is the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP). Several scenarios are made to
obtain comparisons of distribution route with the existing condition. The scenarios
are created based on the number and the location of the collecting points. The
results of this study is to obtain the optimum distribution pattern that is in the
scenario four with the centers of distribution located at PAU Rectorate building
