Skripsi ini membahas mengenai implementasi dari kebijakan pembebasan bea masuk yang tertuang dalam PMK No 154/PMK.011/2008 dan PMK No 128/PMK.011/2009. Penelitian ini merupakan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan mekanisme implementasi dari kebijakan, hasil pencapaian kebijakan serta penjabaran dari faktor-faktor pendukung juga penghambat dalam implementasi kebijakan ini. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> This thesis analyzes the policy of customs duties exemption on imports of capital goods PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara Persero power plant. This thesis discussed the implementation of the customs duties policy included in the PMK No 154/PMK.011/2008 and PMK No 128/PMK.011/2009. This is a qualitative descriptive research.
