- <b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Skripsi ini membahas mengenai perlindungan hukum bagi pengunjung tempat rekreasi sebagai konsumen jasa rekreasi, yang menjadi korban akibat insiden robohnya Wahana X di Tempat Rekreasi Y pada tanggal 25 September 2011. Tempat Rekreasi Y merupakan salah satu unit rekreasi di Taman Rekreasi Z yang memberikan pengalaman rekreasi air yang luar biasa pada setiap pengunjungnya. Namun, dengan terjadinya insiden robohnya Wahana X tersebut seakan menambah bukti akan lemahnya perlindungan terhadap konsumen oleh karena pelaku usaha mengabaikan sejumlah hak yang dimiliki oleh konsumen. Adapun dasar hukum yang dipergunakan untuk menganalisis hal ini terdiri dari Undang- Undang No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen, Undang-Undang No. 10 Tahun 2009 tentang Kepariwisataan, Undang-Undang No. 2 Tahun 1992 tentang Usaha Perasuransian, dan Peraturan Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta No. 10 Tahun 2004 tentang Kepariwisataan. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> This thesis discusses about legal protection for theme park visitors as the customers of theme park who become victims of The Collapse of ?X? Ride at ?Y? Theme Park on September 25th, 2011. ?Y? Theme Park is a theme park that gives all visitors a great water experience. But, the fact is that accident shows us about the weak protection to the customers because of the ignorance on the customers? rights by the entrepreneur. The legal basis of this case?s analysis are Law of The Republic of Indonesia Number 8 Year 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, Law of The Republic of Indonesia Number 10 Year 2009 concerning Tourism, Law of The Republic of Indonesia Number 2 Year 1992 concerning Insurance and DKI Jakarta Province Local Regulation Number 10 Year 2004 concerning Tourism.
