- [<b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Skripsi ini membahas mengenai persepsi pustakawan di Perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia terhadap Kode Etik Pustakawan Indonesia terkait dengan pemahaman dan implementasi kode etik pustakawan pada perilaku pustakawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar perilaku pustakawan di Perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia sudah mencerminkan implementasi dari kode etik pustakawan walaupun para pustakawan kurang memahami isi kode etik pustakawan secara tekstual. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br>This thesis discusses the perceptions of librarians at the Library of the University of Indonesia towards Indonesian Librarian Code of Ethic related to the understanding and implementation of code of ethic on librarian behavior. This study uses a qualitative approach to the phenomenolgy method.
