- [<b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Penelitian ini membahas Unit Pelaksana Teknis Terapi dan Rehabilitasi (UPT T&R) yang dikelola oleh Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN). Berawal dari BNN yang merupakan lembaga represif terhadap kejahatan drugs, kini juga menjalankan fungsi korektif dalam bentuk rehabilitasi drugs. Penelitian ini mencoba menggambarkan bagaimana program terapi dan rehabilitasi bagi pecandu dan penyalah guna drugs dilihat melalui sudut pandang kriminologis. Penelitian ini melihat dari pemahaman rehabilitasi, konsep The Making of The Blind Men, serta model peradilan pidana terhadap mereka yang masuk rehabilitasi melalui sistem peradilan pidana. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan gambaran bagaimana rehabilitasi drugs sangat diperlukan dan munculnya konteks mantan pecandu. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> This study discusses the Technical Implementation Unit Therapy and Rehabilitation (UPT T & R) managed by the National Narcotics Agency (BNN). Starting from BNN, which is repressive agency against drugs crime, is now also running a corrective function in the form of drugs rehabilitation. This study tries to describe how the therapy and rehabilitation programs for addicts and abusers drugs in perspectif of criminology. The research looked at the understanding of rehabilitation, the concept of The Making of The Blind Men and the criminal justice model to those who enter rehabilitation through the criminal justice system.
