Instalasi Administrasi Pasien Rumah Sakit Ketergantungan Obat Jakarta dengan
ruang lingkup penelitian menyesuaikan dengan alur pasien masuk mulai dari IGD,
ruang rawat inap, instalasi administrasi pasien dan bagian pembayaran. Jenis
penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif
melalui pendekatan sistem yang meliputi input, proses dan output.
Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, observasi dan telaah dokumen didapatkan
bahwa pelaksanaan pelayanan administrasi pasien rawat inap sudah cukup baik,
namun masih ada beberapa kekurangan baik dalam komponen input, proses dan
output. peneliti memberikan saran bahwa perlu meningkatkan pelayanan administrasi
pasien rawat inap dan lebih teliti dalam melengkapi berkas pasien rawat inap sebagai
arsip administrasi yang berguna untuk berbagai pihak di luar rumah sakit.

<b>Abstract</b><br>
This research discusses the inpatient administrative services at Drugs
Dependence Hospital Patient Administration Installation with the research scope
adjust the flow of incoming patient from the emergency room, inpatient room,
patient administration installation and cashier. The type of research is a qualitative
descriptive study through a systems approach that includes input, process and output.
Based on interviews, observation and document review found that the
implementation of inpatient administrative services is good enough, but there are still
some shortcomings in both the component inputs, processes, and outputs.
Researchers gave advice to increase inpatient administrative services and more
thoroughly in completing the inpatient files as archive administration that used for
various parties outside of hospital., This research discusses the inpatient administrative services at Drugs
