- [Dalam penelitian ini, proses seleksi dipilih sebagai variabel yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh proses seleksi terhadap kinerja karyawan teknik pada PT Pembangunan Perumahan (PP) Persero Tbk. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. 45 responden dipilih melalui teknik acak sederhana terhadap seluruh karyawan teknik PT Pembangunan Perumahan (PP) Persero Tbk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses seleksi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kedua variabel tersebut mempunyai hubungan korelasi yang positif. <hr> <b>Abstract<b><br> In this study, selection process was chosen as the influencing variable of employee performance. The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of selection process on employee performance among engineers in PT Pembangunan Perumahan (PP) Persero Tbk. The approach of this study is quantitative with the use of survey to collect data. 45 respondents were selected through random sampling method to the engineers of PT Pembangunan Perumahan (PP) Persero Tbk. The results showed that selection process significantly influences employee performance.
