Skripsi ini akan membahas mengenai penerapan klausula baku pada beberapa tiket pertunjukan musik serta masalahmasalah yang terjadi didalamnya. Adapun analisis terhadap permasalahan yang dibahas dalam skripsi ini akan dilakukan sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen khususnya Pasal 18 yang mengatur mengenai klausula baku. Oleh karena itu, penulis berpendapat bahwa pengawasan terhadap klausula baku adalah tangung jawab bersama dari pemerintah, pelaku usaha, lembaga konsumen swadaya masyarakat, dan masyarakat selaku konsumen itu sendiri., Standard Clause is a standardized clause which is made unilaterally by the company in any transaction with the consumers. This thesis discusses concerning to the application of standard clauses on the tickets of music concerts and also the problems that occured surrounding it. The analysis of the problems which is discussed in this thesis is according to Law Number 8 of 1999 regarding Consumer Protection especially on Article 18 which regulates regarding the standard clause.
