Tingkat pencemaran udara kawasan sekolah berdasarkan parameter total suspended particulate (TSP) dan kebisingan akibat kendaraan yang melintas studi kasus SMP 29, SMP 11 dan SMP 19 Jakarta Selatan

  • [<b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Pada penelitian ini, parameter pencemaran udara yang diukur adalah parameter fisik TSP dan kebisingan. Kendaraan dibagi menjadi 3 golongan berbeda yaitu bus dan truk, mobil penumpang dan sepeda motor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa volume kendaraan mempengaruhi konsentrasi TSP yang dibuktikan dengan koefisien r antara 0.106-0.993. Untuk penggolongan kendaraan, nilai koefisien r menunjukkan kisaran 0.576-0.995 dengan kontribusi TSP paling tinggi secara berurutan dimulai dari sepeda motor, bus dan truk serta mobil penumpang. Pengujian timbal (Pb) menunjukkan rata-rata konsentrasi timbal terukur adalah 2.86 &#956;g/m3 untuk 1 jam pengukuran dan 1.665 &#956;g/m3 untuk konversi 24 jam, menunjukkan kadar timbal masih dibawah baku mutu. Hasil pengukuran kebisingan menunjukkan kebisingan terukur di dalam ruang kelas saat jam belajar diatas baku mutu yang disebabkan oleh kebisingan internal. Rata-rata kebisingan yang diukur di dalam kelas saat jam belajar untuk SMP 29 sebesar 79.46 dB(A), untuk SMP 11 sebesar 79.53 dB(A) dan SMP 19 sebesar 77.82 dB(A). Kebisingan latar belakang yang diukur pada 3 titik di tiap sekolah menunjukkan tingkat kebisingan yang masih diatas baku mutu. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran dan pengamatan eksisting, SMP 11 memiliki penanganan kebisingan yang paling efektif. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> In this study, the air pollution parameters measured are physical parameters of TSP and noise. Vehicles are divided into 3 distinct groups namely buses and trucks, passenger cars and motorcycles. The results showed that the volume of vehicles affects the TSP concentration in ambient air as evidenced by r coefficient between 0,106-0,993. For the classification of vehicles, the coefficient value of r indicates the range of 0,576-0,995 with the highest TSP contributions in a sequence starting from motorcycles, buses and trucks and passenger cars. Testing lead (Pb) showed an average lead concentration measured was 2,86 &#956;g/m3 for 1 hour measurement and 1,665 &#956;g/m3 for conversion 24 hours, showed lead levels still below the quality standard. The results show the noise measured noise in the classroom during teaching hours above the quality standard caused by internal noise. The average noise measured in the classroom during school hours for SMP 29 are 79,46 dB(A), for SMP 11 are 79,53 dB(A) and SMP 19 are 77,82 dB(A). Background noise measured at 3 points in each school shows the noise level is still above the standard quality.
