The purpose of this study was to identify physiological and behavior responses of LBW infants before and after receiving Prestise protocol procedure. The study design used pre-post test design without control group. Sample was 15 LBW infants in NICU RSUPN CM used purposive sampling method. Paired t test and Wilcoxon test were used to analyse the data. There was a significant differences of LBW behavior before and after caring with Prestise protocol (p=0,005). However, there were no significant differences on LBW heart rate and oxygen saturation before and after receiving Prestise protocol procedure (p=0,909 & p=0,750). This study recommended that Prestise protocol usage can be considered as a important part of nursing intervention for LBW infants in NICU.
