Rahyono, examiner</creator><publisher/><date>2011</date><subject>Ethnography--Identity of Banten</subject><description>[&lt;b&gt;ABSTRAK&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt; Tesis ini membahas tentang representasi wacana identitas masyarakat Provinsi Banten melalui sebuah lirik lagu yang berjudul "Kulit Gerintul Iwake Sate Bandeng" karya Toton Greentoel yang dirilis oleh institusi pemerintah, yaitu Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Serang dan seizin dari Pemda Banten. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis wacana kritis. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa wacana ini mengambil topik sayur kulit gerintul dan sate bandeng sebagai salah satu penanda identitas masyarakat karena kuliner ini disukai oleh masyarakat dan menjadi tradisi di wilayah tersebut. &lt;hr&gt; &lt;b&gt;ABSTRACT&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt; This thesis studies about representation of identity of Banten Province Society through a sing lyrics which are titled ?Kulit Gerintul Iwake Sate Bandeng? written by Toton Greentoel. The lyrichs is released by Tourism Office of Serang Regency with the permission from Banten Local Government. This research uses qualitative method using the approach critical discourse analysis. The result of the research is that the ?sayur kulit gerintul and sate bandeng? discourse shows sayur kulit gerintul and sate bandeng as one of identity signs since the meals are favoured by the society and become tradition in that place., This thesis studies about representation of identity of Banten Province Society through a sing lyrics which are titled ?Kulit Gerintul Iwake Sate Bandeng? written by Toton Greentoel. The lyrichs is released by Tourism Office of Serang Regency with the permission from Banten Local Government. This research uses qualitative method using the approach critical discourse analysis.
