- [<b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan keperawatan spiritual terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan perawat di ruang rawat inap RSUD H. Abdul Manap Kota Jambi. Penelitian menggunakan metode pra eksperimen dengan pretest posttest design without control group. Sampel berjumlah 35 perawat. Intervensi yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan dan bimbingan keperawatan spiritual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan (p value = 0,000) pada tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan perawat sesudah dilakukan pelatihan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah adanya pengaruh pelatihan keperawatan spiritual terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan perawat. Rekomendasi penelitian adalah menerapkan keperawatan spiritual secara berkesinambungan dengan penetapan SOP, SAK, dan supervisi terhadap pelaksanaan keperawatan spiritual. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> This research was aimed to know the effect of spiritual nursing training toward knowledge and skill of the nurse in hospitalized care unit of the H.
