- [<b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Pemanfaatan getaran mekanik yang dihasilkan oleh unit AC outdoor untuk memantau kinerja dan kondisi dari mesin tersebut dengan menggunakan sensor akselerometer adxl330 yang dihubungkan dengan Daq Card dengan sebuah pengolah sinyal yaitu software signal express, sehingga didapatkan akuisisi data yang bisa dimanfaatkan untuk menilai kondisi mesin itu secara realtime, hasil yang didapatkan berupa spektrum listrik, nilai respons frekuensi dalam bentuk domain frekuensi. Condition monitoring (Pemantauan Kondisia) yang dilakukan merupakan langkah-langkah pencegahan dari kerusakan, mengurangi biaya pemelihaaran, dan memperpanjang usia pakai serta memantau agar kerusakan total dari mesin outdoor tersebut tidak terjadi sebelum masa berlakunya habis. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> Utilization of mechanical vibrations generated by the outdoor AC unit to monitor the performance and condition of the machine using an accelerometer sensor connected to adxl330 Daq Card with a signal conditioning which is a software signal express, so we get the data acquisition that can be used to assess the condition of the machine in realtime, the results obtained in the form of power spectrum, magnitude frequency response in the form of the frequency domain.
