Apakah Putusan Mahkamah Agung No.15/K/Pdt/2009 telah sesuai dengan peraturan perundangundangan yang berlaku? Penulisan tesis ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Tujuan penulisan tesis adalah menemukan solusi atau jalan keluar (problem solution) dari permasalahan pembatalan akta perpanjangan sewa-menyewa tanah oleh Pengadilan (Mahkamah Agung) dan perlindungan hukum bagi pihak penyewa. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> The focus of this study are: How is the responsibility of the annulment of land lease deed extension was made by the notary? How is legal protection for the tenant to the annulment of land lease deed extension by the court? Does the Decision of Supreme Court's No.15/K/Pdt/2009 in accordance with applicable laws and regulations? The method used by writer is literature method with a normative juridical approach.
