- [<b>ABSTRAK</b><br> Tesis ini merupakan penelitian tentang konstruksi identitas perempuan Aceh dan hubungannya dengan ideologi patriarki. Data utama penelitian diambil dari majalah Inong Aceh, yang merupakan salah satu majalah perempuan yang beredar di Aceh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, tetapi tidak menggunakan seluruh isi yang terdapat dalam majalah Inong Aceh. Ada pun artikel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah artikel fokus, hukum dan opini. Dalam menggunakan artikel hokum dan opini, penelitian ini hanya memilih artikel yang berkaitan dengan artikel fokus. Dewasa ini banyak media massa yang mengedepankan permasalahan tentang perempuan, karena saat ini berita perempuan saat ini dinilai memiliki daya jual yang cukup tinggi. Adapun permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana identitas perempuan Aceh dikonstruksikan dalam majalah Inong Aceh. Selain itu penulis juga ingin melihat bagaimana hubungan konstruksi identitas perempuan Aceh dalam majalah tersebut dengan ideologi patriarki yang terdapat dalam masyarakat Aceh. Hasil akhir penelitian dapat dilihat dan dikatakan bahwa identitas perempuan Aceh yang ada saat ini merupakan konstruksi masyarakat yang berideologi patriarki. Eksistensi perempuan Aceh pada masa lau akan tetap menjadi kenangan apabila kaum perempuan Aceh tidak ingin merubah nasib mereka dengan berusaha hidup mandiri. <hr> <b>ABSTRACT</b><br> This thesis is a research about the construction of Acehnese woman?s identity and its relation with the ideology of patriarchy. The data of this research is taken from ?Inong Acheh? magazine which is one of woman magazine published in aceh, but it does not used all the content of magazine. It analyzes some articles in the column, entitled focus, legal and opinion. This research issues articles of ?legal? and opinion only under the same theme as focus. It uses a qualitative approach. Nowadays, mass-media can have a high rate in publication by making news about women. This research focuses on the construction Acehnese women identity in ?Inong Aceh? magazine.
