- Akta otentik merupakan salah satu bukti yang kuat apabila dipergunakan dimuka pengadilan tanpa menggunakan alat bukti lainnya. Akta otentik dibuat Pejabat Pembuat Akta. Peranan Notaris dan PPAT sebagai Pejabat umum sangat penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat, karena masyarakat semakin membutuhkan suatu bukti tertulis berupa akta otentik agar dapat dijadikan kepastian hukum. Dalam membuat sebuah akta otentik Notaris dan PPAT sebagai pejabat umum diharapkan untuk mentaati syarat sahnya perjanjian dan syarat sahnya sebuah akta otentik agar diantara para pihak tidak terjadi permasalahan dikemudian hari. ......Deed authentic is one the strong evidence when used in court without using any other proof. The role of notary and PPAT is very important, because the needed of authentic proof for a law warranty. When compiled and make a authentic deed, notary and PPAT have to obey the terms of agreement and the terms of in making authentic deeds so in order to avoid the problem in the future.
