- <b>ABSTRAK</b> Tesis ini membahas mengenai cara melakukan pengelompokan spare part maintenance menggunakan teknik multivariat yaitu analisa kluster yang digabungkan dengan klasifikasi fuzzy dan klasifikasi ABC. Tujuan penggunaan ketiga metode pengelompokan ini adalah untuk mendapatkan suatu sistem pengelompokan inventory yang cukup akurat, mengakomodasi lebih dari satu variabel/kriteria pengelompokan dan mudah diaplikasikan oleh profesional. Hasil pengelompokan ini akan digunakan sebagai dasar untuk menentukan metode pengelolaan yang sesuai untuk spare part maintenance tersebut. <hr><i><b>ABSTRACT</b> This thesis is concern about how to classifying spare part of maintenance using one of multivariate technique, cluster analysis, combined with fuzzy classification and ABC classification. The objective of using these three kind of methods is to find accurate inventory classification method which could accommodate more than one variable/criteria and easy to implemented by management professional. Result of this classification will be used to decide the best way to manage the spare part of maintenance.</i>
